Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time, part-time and per diem Telemedicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients via telehealth platforms. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care. These positions can work anywhere in the U.S. but must have an active California license.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation is composed of a base hourly plus visit incentive. The base hourly is $40/hr. Provider earns an additional fee for every visit completed with a full H&P, starting at $50 for the first visit, and increasing by $5 per for each additional visit. The expected hourly rate would thereby vary based on volume but as an example, if 1 patient is seen per hour on a 10 hour shift, the expected hourly would be $112.50/hr.
The base salary is determined on the candidate's education, qualifications, and experience, and is subject to change based on various internal and external factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations and assessments for patients with a focus on occupational medicine.
- Diagnose and recommend options and courses of action for patient care.
- Provide follow-up care as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies.
- Adhere to all telemedicine regulations and guidelines.
- Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency department (ED), or occupational medicine.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedics will also be considered.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

- Minimum one (1) year experience, 2000 clinical hours, and experience in Occupational Health.
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program.
- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Current California Physician Assistant License.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
- DEA Registration Number.
- BCLS, CPR and AED Certified
- Understands general medical and surgical conditions based on knowledge of the indications, contraindications, and side effects.
- Maintains accurate, and complete medical records.
- Understanding of the concepts of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills.
