Position Overview:
As an R&D Intern, you'll have the chance to work closely with our dynamic EV team to drive the completion of key projects that are essential to our market development efforts. This internship is designed to give you valuable exposure to both software development and hardware system design, providing an immersive experience in the world of research and development for EV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software for post-processing data.
- Create programs for various test types, including automating data processing tasks.
- Validate program results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support design and build a new test bench system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments in acquiring necessary equipment and materials for the project.
- Contribute to the development of a system that validates PEC (Power Electronics and Controls) products.
- Other tasks related to enhancing thermal management research and development
Expected Learning Outcomes:
- Gain proficiency in programming, particularly for data analysis and test automation.
- Develop hands-on experience in building and validating thermal management systems.
- Acquire insights into the EV/Alternate Power industry and the technical challenges associated with developing cutting-edge products.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Junior/Senior Year).
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, C , or similar).
- Interest in hardware system design, data analysis, and hands-on work with test equipment.
- Prior experience in lab or industry related to Electric vehicle is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
