Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals.
- Provide education and support to clients and their caregivers regarding treatment options and strategies.
- Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience in sensory outpatient clinic is a plus.
