DUTIES:
Admin Assistant/Receptionist responsibilities-

Office operations including answering phones and delivering mail

Keeps schedules, files, and tasks in order with precision

Scan documents and create digital folders and databases
- Catches errors, follows up on small items, ensures accuracy

Be the go between for communication between departments

Prioritizes tasks effetely, holds good time management, organized individual

Requirements
Admin Assistant/Receptionist
3 years' experience in providing office support- Proficient utilization OF MS Outlook, Word, & Excel - must be comfortable using Mac-based software and systems
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
