LOCATION: Fairbanks, AK
PAY: $17.00-$18.00/Hr.
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, Some weekends in summer months

Requirements
Crew Leader
Completing 60-90 days of hands on and classroom company training to become a Crew Lead.- Coachable, positive attitude, team player that’s eager to learn the business is a must.
- Ability to learn, understand, and routinely complete all required company paperwork as required.
- Effective interpersonal communications, patience and eagerness to train and coach team members, ability to lead a team daily to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Able to work and interact with customers in a professional, customer service-oriented manner.
- Physically demanding duties, able to lift and carry 50 lbs, packing, loading, and delivering household goods.
- Dependability, punctuality, reliability, and good attendance are required.
- Pass background & drug screen (excludes cannabis)
