About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient OB Nurse to join our obstetrics team and help improve maternal and child health outcomes in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive prenatal assessments, providing education, guidance, and support to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancies.
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate personalized care plans for patients.
Perform and interpret routine prenatal tests and screenings to monitor the health of both mother and child.
Deliver postnatal care, including breastfeeding support and health education for new mothers during outpatient visits.
Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal health, emphasizing nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
Actively participate in community health programs and initiatives to enhance maternal and child health outcomes.
Qualifications:
Licensure:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher; specialization in obstetrics is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in obstetric nursing, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Proven commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care in diverse community settings.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Additional certification in obstetric nursing (e.g., RNC-OB) is highly advantageous.
Shift Information:
8-hour night shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
10-hour night shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
