Position Summary:
As an AI Care Facilitator, known to patients as their "Care Guide," you will play an instrumental role in revolutionizing patient care through our AI-enhanced systems. This position entails conducting comprehensive patient interviews with the aid of our AI software, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's medical history and current health concerns. You will typically work during designated hours, including after-hours shifts, to provide accessible care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Act as the primary contact during AI-enhanced patient visits, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- AI Integration: Skillfully manage the Scope AI app during consultations to conduct detailed patient histories and discuss symptoms, with listening to the patient remaining the priority.
- Documentation Accuracy: Monitor the accuracy of AI-generated patient conversation transcripts, implementing necessary amendments before physician review.
- Communication Excellence: Address and clarify any provider inquiries regarding patient interactions to ensure comprehensive information exchange.
- Support and Collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers during peak clinic hours to enhance patient visit efficiency and capacity.
Role Requirements:
- Background: Preferred candidates will have experience as Medical Assistants, medical scribes, or in similar healthcare roles. Individuals with customer service experience or other roles in healthcare settings are also encouraged to apply.
