Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain a positive and energized store atmosphere.
- Ensure seamless store operations and maintain impeccable visual presentation aligned with AKIRA standards.
- Uphold and enforce all AKIRA policies with consistency and integrity.
- Exceed individual sales goals with enthusiasm and determination.
- Drive the store's daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to surpass expectations.
What We Look For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store management
- Comprehensive knowledge of visual merchandising and superior customer service practices
- Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, retail systems, and budget preparation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
