Qualifications/Requirements:
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to recognize and prevent both internal and external theft
- Reliable with a "no-nonsense" attitude; intimidating
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable and assertive with confrontation and judge of character
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Fast acting and moving
- Able to juggle various workloads (this position will require some general store maintenance as well as other tasks as needed)
- Keen eye; monitor and survey the store at all times
- Possess integrity and strong work ethics
- Expert in safety management and surveillance
- Able to make quick decisions with little or no direction
- Ability to partner up and communicate with all Store Managers
