We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) as 1099 Contractors to join our growing team in Georgia.

Expected Tasks:

• Feed tube TPN/IL nutrition via CVL, G Tube feedings, and Medication administration
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand and meet health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique requirements.
• Administer medications and manage medical treatments safely and effectively.
• Perform specialized medical procedures, such as ventilator care and wound management.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report on patient progress.
• Provide family education and support to empower caregivers in managing health needs.

Position Details:

• 1099 Contractor Role: Nurses will operate as independent contractors.
• Locations Served: Patient homes in and around Alpharetta, GA.
• Patient Focus: Medically fragile children requiring personalized, in-home care.

Qualifications:

• Current Georgia RN (required).
• 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: $45.50 - $53.79 per hour

• Our company services pediatric patients in the Cumming/Alpharetta GA areas, are you okay with working in these areas? (Each nurse will be assigned to one child, nurses are not expected to float or change patients every so often)
