We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as 1099 Contractors to join our growing team in Georgia.

Expected Tasks:
- Feed tube TPN/IL nutrition via CVL, G Tube feedings, and Medication administration
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand and meet health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique requirements.
- Administer medications and manage medical treatments safely and effectively.
- Perform specialized medical procedures, such as ventilator care and wound management.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on patient progress.
- Provide family education and support to empower caregivers in managing health needs.
Position Details:
- 1099 Contractor Role: Nurses will operate as independent contractors.
- Locations Served: Patient homes in and around Lovejoy, GA.
- Patient Focus: Medically fragile children requiring personalized, in-home care.
Qualifications:
- Current Georgia RN or LPN license (required).
- 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: $46.79 - $56.79 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week

Application Question(s):
- Night/Evening shifts typically end around 10/11 pm. Overnight shifts tend to begin around 8/9 pm end time will be discussed between the nurse and care team upon interview. (Start/End times for shifts are flexible and negotiable). Are you open to discussing this?
- Do you have an active LPN or RN license for the state of Georgia?
- Our company services pediatric patients in the Lovejoy/Hampton area, are you okay with working in these areas? (Each nurse will be assigned to one child, nurses are not expected to float or change patients every so often)
