- Recalibrating equipment to improve process efficiency and reduce takt time during series production
- Leading site quality initiatives to ensure compliance with QMS standards
- Implementing Lean principles to improve shop floor productivity
- Collaborating with the tooling department to optimize NPI/launch phase requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably industrial
- 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering
- 2 years of experience in an injection molding shop
- Strong knowledge of controls engineering for molding equipment
- Extensive understanding of injection molding processes
- Familiarity with CAD for manufacturing
