Job Summary Sr. Software Design Engineer POWER CONVERSION EXPERIENCE

ST PETERSBURG, FL $70-$80 hour

The Senior Software Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing embedded software for power electronics systems, particularly in embedded systems and real-time control applications.The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in embedded software and firmware development for industrial and power products such as HMI controls, DC chargers, and energy storage systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate embedded software and firmware for power electronics applications, including real-time control, power conversion, and motor control systems.
• Develop, debug, and optimize software for embedded systems using C / C and other relevant programming languages.
• Work on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and microcontroller programming, embedded system integration, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, UART).
