Akkodis is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect for a full-time direct hire opportunity in the Akron, OH area. The position can be remote for non-local candidates. Qualified candidates will have 4 years in AI, including AI Agent Development. The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions that exhibit high autonomy, adaptiveness, and goal-oriented behaviors.
Salary Range : $140-160K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

AI Solutions Architect job responsibilities include :
AI Agent Design and Deployment :
- Develop and refine AI architectures that enable agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomous decision-making and self-improvement mechanisms
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level, scalable full-stack applications that support real-time data analysis and visualization and leverage AI design components.
- Design and implement MLOps processes to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Create human-in-the-loop systems for model training and evaluation across text and image data
- Optimize AI / ML pipelines for performance and scalability
