Job Title : Lead AV Specialist

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Contract to Hire

Pay : 25-35 Per Hour

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead AV Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience in AV installations. The position offers significant opportunities for career growth, working on innovative projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AV installations and related systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Cable Connection Termination : Skilled in connecting and terminating cables, including Cat6, electrical connections, and soldering.

Project Coordination : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field installers to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Integrated AV Systems : Deep knowledge of AV systems, particularly Crestron equipment. Experience with AMX, Extron, or Q-SYS is a plus.

CAD Document Interpretation : Ability to read CAD design documents and execute installations based on the plans.

Safety Adherence : Comprehensive understanding and strict adherence to safety regulations and requirements.

Preferred Skills Experience :

Experience with Crestron systems is highly preferred.

Knowledge of AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, or other AV systems is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership and support experience in an AV installation setting is desirable.

Pay Details : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
