Pay Range: $21/hr - $23/hr subsidiary benefits (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:30 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Job Summary:
Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining business policies, and managing escalations and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing timely and accurate information to customers
- Use databases and resources to retrieve customer or company information
- Learn and follow detailed instructions to address customer inquiries
- Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills in all interactions
- Assist with customer escalations and concerns in a professional and effective manner
- Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Work with complex computer applications and resource materials, navigating multiple operating systems (Windows, DOS, Mainframe)
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably within a call center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work off a call queue, managing calls with speed and accuracy
- Previous experience in healthcare or a medical environment is preferred but not required
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
