The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
- Looking after full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs for specific business units
- Sourcing and building candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
- Co-ordinating phone screens and video interviews
- Attending campus events, tech talks virtually at targeted schools
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, partnering with them through to selection and hire
- Working closely with the HR Global Services team on the post offer accept process through to onboarding
- Handling other recruitment duties, as needed
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years of Campus Recruiting experience and familiarity with internship and co-op programs
- Ability to independently multi-task
- Experience with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with superior organization, problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to influence
Preferred Skills
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting engineering students, ideally electrical engineers
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor or electrical hardware industries
- Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD)
- Experience with Handshake or other campus recruiting software
- Experience with international students and the CPT/OPT sponsorship process
