What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Aided Design Drafter position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking a CAD Drafter for a contract in PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA (onsite)
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Required Skills:
- Creating 2D and 3D models of structures, components, and systems.
- Performing calculations and measurements to ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Organizing and maintaining drawing files and documentation.
- Communicating and coordinating with project team members to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Providing support during the construction or manufacturing process by clarifying drawings and providing additional information as needed.
- CAD Drafters should have a strong understanding of drafting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
