- Support the development and implementation of a scalable, repeatable, and actionable contracting process.
- Prepare, review, submit, and coordinate the execution of complex customer-facing agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the contract redlining process using knowledge-based tools.
- Identify and resolve contracting exceptions.
- Communicate contracting gaps to stakeholders and facilitate timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of documentation templates with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage contracts with tech companies.
- Perform reviews, create records, upload contracts into systems, extract contracts and core data, upload metadata, and verify data points for redundancy.
