Akkodis is seeking an Data Analyst II for a contract position with a client located Waltham, MA (100% Onsite).
Pay Range: $50-55/HR on W2 The pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Skill sets: Word, Excel, PP, Power BI, Service Now, SolarWinds, must be able to present data to all levels of the org., Network surveillance, Data analysis, and the like.
• Fully engage with customers to enhance service delivery to expectations
• Maintain and enhance the operational performance/ data analysis to process improvement within UTOC, L&G, AMI, Enterprise, NY, NE, and PTO
• Lead the efforts related to continuous system and operational improvements as we work through system enhancements and automations related to operational flows through our various stakeholders.
• Initiates and fosters relationships with business partner teams and executives, technology leaders, vendors, and partners; develops relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provides leadership to solution development teams, and proactively engages with internal and external teams to promote process and organizational improvements that enhance overall effectiveness.
• Prepares and presents program-level communications for executives and stakeholders
• Works with and liaisons with Agile Product Delivery teams to ensure projects delivered on time and within budget
