The Desktop Imaging is on a long-term contract with a client and it is Dover, DE 19904 (Fully Onsite).
Pay Range: $20-$25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:-
The Service Desk Technician will oversee the lifecycle management of IT equipment, focusing on provisioning devices for users and handling returns.
Responsibilities:
imaging devices with standard configurations via SCCM and Intune, maintaining accurate inventory records in the database, and supporting the decommissioning process for outdated or returned equipment. The role also involves addressing Level 1 service desk tickets as needed.
Requirements:
Expertise in using Intune, SCCM, device imaging, and proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, and related software. This role will be in Dover 5 days a week.
