- Assist in preparing, reviewing, submitting, and coordinating the execution of complex customer-facing agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the contract redlining process using knowledge-based tools.
- Detect and address contracting exceptions.
- Communicate contracting gaps to stakeholders and facilitate timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain a portfolio of documentation templates.
- Oversee contracts with tech companies.
- Conduct reviews, create records, upload contracts into systems, extract contracts and core data, upload metadata, and verify data points for redundancy.
