Akkodis is seeking an Energy Management Systems Specialist for a direct hire/full-time position. This hybrid role involves working onsite with the team for 3 days each week, while the remaining 2 days can be spent working remotely.
This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of Energy Management Systems (EMS) and its ancillary systems and applications. Key responsibilities include managing EMS Linux servers, applications, and tools, performing system maintenance, patching, and migrations, developing monitoring tools and analytics for operations, conducting emergency recovery and troubleshooting, administering ITOA, and maintaining industrial data management solutions.
Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline, 5 years' experience in Energy or Utility Sector, system administration expertise in Linux Operating Systems & Oracle, systems architecture and development experience, proficiency in VB, C, C , Java & Perl, and familiarity with EMS systems.
