Akkodis is seeking an Equipment Operator for a Contract job with a client in Southington CT . The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with preventive maintenance, and the ability to maintain production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Rate Range : $20 / hour to $22 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Equipment Operator job responsibilities include :
Operating equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth production flow.
Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues.
Maintaining production documentation and updating hourly production boards.
Ensuring product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Desired Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or Technical Certificate with relevant experience.
2 years of experience in equipment operation or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
