Akkodis is Seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Manager contractor for the location of Abilene TX. It is a contract Position for 6 months. Ideally Looking for a candidate with experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Pay Range : $40 - $60 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Duties
- Monitoring and managing data center operations, including power, cooling, and network systems
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all data center equipment
- Coordinating with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and expansions
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts for equipment and services
- Analyzing data center performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Supervising and mentoring facilities team members
- Participating in capacity planning and budgeting processes for data center operations
