About the Role
In this position, you will design and develop electrical systems and instrumentation for our Aviation's Flying Test Bed. You will also lead teams to accomplish flight test missions and recommend approaches to meet technical and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and instrumentation for flight test missions
- Lead teams to accomplish flight test missions
- Recommend approaches to meet technical and program requirements
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in a relevant field)
- Ability and willingness to work off-shift hours including 2nd and 3rd Shifts and weekends when program requirements dictate
- Ability and willingness to travel off-site with Flying Test Bed when program requirements dictate
