Akkodis is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients in the medical device industry. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Hybrid Medical Device Contracts Admin to join our team on a six-month contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, administering and maintaining customer contracts and associated documentation throughout every stage of the contracting lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and effectively collaborate to meet critical deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and enforcing a scalable and repeatable contracting process that meets stakeholder needs
- Managing the contract redlining process through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Tracking and managing contracting exceptions
- Reporting on contracting gaps to facilitate timely resolution
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience working with Salesforce, Legisway or Medstrat would be an asset.
