Location : Remote

Pay 120k to 140k / year
Can trouble shoot Okta, CyberArk, MFA issues and provide technical guidance and resolution
Can work with cross functional teams to do root cause analysis and triage
Can participate in technical design sessions, provide guidance, work with vendors to optimize the process & technical configurations
Who understands Identity Access Management, basic Active Directory and has worked in IAM teams

Seniority Level / Target years of experience : ideally 8 years of triage IAM engineering, open to less year s for strong hands on experience in required skill sets. This is a triage and engineering role, with more of an emphasis on the engineering skill set.
