Akkodis is seeking a Implementation Specialist for a 2-year contract position with a client located in Akron, OH. Local candidates only please as this role requires a hybrid schedule.
Pay / Salary Range : $30-40 / hr W2
Job Description :
The Implementation Specialist will join a team working to install technical equipment to many locations. You will work closely with internal and external customers, execute and provide data analysis regarding successful or failed installations. You will also use the data to provide insights to technical engineers to resolve the failed installs. The role requires strong customer service skills, high level of organization and detail-orientation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of technology or product installation project coordination
- Expert level skills with MS Excel including Formulas, functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
