We are recruiting for an IT Project Manager in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be involved managing various IT Projects, including Infrastructure and Application Development projects. A PMP certification and a BS Degree are highly preferred, but not required.
The salary for this IT Project Manager is between 100K and 110K. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities for this IT Project Manager position include:
- Leading technology initiatives from start to finish.
- In this role, you’ll manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring stakeholders stay informed and engaged.
- You will complete IT projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- You’ll be the bridge between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring seamless execution and clear communication.
Qualifications for this IT Project Manager position include:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
- PMI/PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in managing projects for software applications and IT infrastructure implementations desirable
- Experience with enterprise applications; E-commerce, ERP, CRM, WMS, Manufacturing, Supply Chain system experience is preferred
- Strong business process and technical acumen; able to translate business challenges into scalable technology-based solutions
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification are both preferred.
