What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Voip/Telecommunications /Call Center Support Analyst (VoIP) position at Akkodis?
We are seeking a Jr. Telecommunications Support / Call Center Analyst for a contract to hire position with our client, a Federal gov. integrator. End customer is the US Department of Transportation ; candidates must be eligible to obtain a public trust security clearance.
Pay rate : $28hr-$30hr (w2 only, no 1099)
Title : Communications Support Analyst
Location : Washington DC – Onsite daily
Experience : Must have 5 years experience providing customer service support in a business organization.
Duties : Responsible for providing support to a call center by answering and routing calls
Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications :
1.Experience with CS2100 / VoIP programming.
2.Experience with Service Now.
3. Identifying and escalating high-priority issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
4.Ensuring that service level agreements are met by monitoring queue performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
5.Distributing tasks evenly among team members based on their availability and skillset to optimize efficiency.
6.Coordinating customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring timely responses.
Job Role Specific Requirements :

1.Perform moves, adds, changes, and disconnects daily. Troubleshoot any issues.
