Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows using cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, problem-solving, and supporting critical business processes. This position requires availability for overnight shifts and weekends , ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution during non-standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve RPA workflows during overnight and weekend shifts to minimize business disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process automation solutions.
- Maintain, update, and optimize existing RPA bots to enhance their performance and reliability.
- Plan and assist in the deployment of RPA components, including bots, orchestrators, and integrations, to meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Document workflows, development processes, and operational procedures to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical direction on design considerations, including scalability, maintainability, and auditability.
