What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Designer position at Akkodis?
We are seeking a Learning Designer for a contract position starting ASAP until June 2025, with the possibility of extension. You will develop engaging course content that aligns with client needs and collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to create training materials for diverse audiences while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality course content and learning materials.
- Work with L&D clients to define learning goals and delivery methods.
- Use Learning and Assessment Strategies (LAS) and storyboards to create effective content.
- Develop supporting materials such as videos, simulations, guides, and games.
- Create interactive exercises to enhance learning experiences.
- Design assessments to measure knowledge and skills effectively.
- Ensure all training materials meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in instructional design and course development.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Ability to design effective assessments.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
