Our client is seeking a qualified Monitoring Analyst (level one) for a contract position (hybrid) in Evansville, Indiana, 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote.
Pay rate: $37hr w2 paid weekly

Level 1 Network /Systems Monitoring Center Analyst
*Must have ALL of the below experience
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, IT monitoring, or system operations role.
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services such as Azure and AWS).
Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure and AWS, including basic monitoring tasks such as resource utilization, virtual machines, storage, and services within these platforms.
Experience with monitoring tools and systems used to track and report system health and performance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
A strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.
