Location: Remote in the Portland, OR area
Duration: 3month contract
Job Description:
Take depositions
Review discovery
Handle arbitrations
Manage case load
Perform other tasks as directed by the manager
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and discovery processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools is a plus
