Akkodis is seeking Manufacturing Technician for a contract job with a direct client in Wilmington MA 01887
Rate Range: $33/hr. - $35/hr. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Wilmington MA 01887
Duration: 12 Months Contract
• Essential Functions:
o Understand all operations WI’s (assembly, test, & rework)
o Perform training and provide clarifications to P/F criteria
o Unit related issues evaluated per WI criteria & specifications
o Escalate potential part non conformances to
Quality & SQE
o Highly skilled and experienced senior support individual contributor able to work under limited supervision with initiative autonomously
o Ability to engage with ME, QE, SQE and effectively communicate findings, improvement opportunities
o Ability to engage with production leadership to identify and correct training gaps
o Ability to identify and reduce waste (8 Wastes)
o Electro-Optical experience required
