Akkodis is seeking 5 Medical Device Quality Complaints Analysts to join our team in Skaneateles, NY.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to investigate, review, and complete all Quality Engineering complaint issue analysis tasks using various quality system inputs.
Review individual complaints and associated service data to determine risk level and complete investigation into the as determined problem code and cause codes for each complaint.
This role requires a strong analytical skillset with the ability to conduct investigational research and utilize statistical software packages such as Minitab.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or extensive experience in Complaints is required, along with 1-3 years of Medical Device experience.
Responsibilities include analyzing data from various quality inputs to identify trends and systemic issues, preparing reports, reviewing existing investigation reports, and developing strategies to improve quality performance.
This position also involves monitoring and driving corrective action activities, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of 21CFR820, FDA cGMP, ANSI/ISO/ASQC requirements, and CMDAS (optional).
A strong understanding of computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, Access, and databases, is also essential.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$28/hour, negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
