Akkodis is seeking a MicroStrategy UX Designer for a Contract job with a client in McLean, VA (Hybrid). You will leverage their expertise in Figma to design and evolve digital design systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Rate Range : $80 / hour to $84 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
MicroStrategy UX Designer job responsibilities include :
- Leading the creation, management, and evolution of digital design systems using atomic design principles to ensure consistency across multiple digital properties.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, UX researchers, developers, and business strategists to design user-centered, intuitive web experiences.
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and interactive elements for web applications, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Presenting designs and wireframes to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating based on input to deliver high-quality, modern digital solutions.
- Upholding brand consistency, ensuring all designs align with corporate guidelines, and optimizing the user experience across platforms.
- Leading and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative, proactive environment to drive successful project completion.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the design meets their needs and expectations while adhering to best practices.

Pay Details : $80.00 to $84.00 per hour
