Principal Software Engineer
Full-time / Direct Hire Opportunity
Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite in New Castle, DE
Target Salary Range: $160k-$180k annually; Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Skills Include:
- C# or .Net programming experience
- Leadership experience and 2 years minimum experience within a Principal Software Engineer role
- Threading experience
- Strong communication experience and ability to work well cross functionally
- Passion for software development
- Experience in Agile environments.
- WPF/WinForms, MVVM patterns
- TCP/IP Socket Communications- preferred
