Akkodis is seeking a Print Coordinator for a contract role in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat, along with strong file management and organizational skills.
Pay range: $18 - $20/hr (The pay rate may be negotiable based on Experience, Education, Geographic location and other factors)
Job Responsibilities:
Follow Noticing Service’s development workflows and mailing processes (email, fax, printing, inserting, folding).
Create mail merges and prepare PDFs for printing.
Manage emails clearly and promptly.
Track, organize, and coordinate mailings with vendors.
Handle billing, purchase orders, and reporting.
Ensure quality standards and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate with clients on mailing requests.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant work experience.
1-2 years of experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong computer skills (file management, organization).
Ability to track details, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
