Akkodis is seeking a – Process Architect / Sr. Configuration Management Process Architect for a Contract position with a client located in Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Must Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Configuration Management and CMDB administration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (or similar tools like Remedy, Ivanti, AppSpace).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or later, ITSM best practices, and business process management (BPM).
- Experience in data quality audits, compliance tracking, and governance policies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Rate Range: $77- $82/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration Management & CMDB Oversight
- Manage and maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Track, audit, and optimize configuration items (CIs) and related data.
- Ensure configuration requests and compliance data are recorded accurately.
- Data Governance & Process Improvement
- Establish data quality controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct data audits and ensure alignment with ITSM best practices.
- Calculate and report KPIs to measure data quality success.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with data owners, IT teams, and business units to ensure accurate configuration data.
- Provide training and mentorship on Configuration Management and ITIL principles.
- Act as a key contact for data governance and compliance reporting.
- Technology & Automation
- Support workflow automation and business process improvements in ServiceNow (preferred) or other CMDB tools like Remedy, Ivanti, etc.
- Participate in strategic projects to enhance configuration management capabilities.
- Design and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Configuration Management and CMDB administration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (or similar tools like Remedy, Ivanti, AppSpace).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or later, ITSM best practices, and business process management (BPM).
