Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for an aerospace position with a client located in Moses Lake, WA. We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale aerospace programs. This role requires expertise across multiple facets, including business, financial, client, and supplier side management. Here’s a snapshot of what we're looking for
Salary Range : $130.00 / hour to $150.00 / hour; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Program Manager job responsibilities include :
Aerospace Experience Required
Full Program Management – Experience from start to finish, including managing both engineering and business aspects
Multifunctional Aerospace Manufacturing – Experience with large-scale manufacturers and a global perspective
Strategic Decision Making – Demonstrated ability to execute key decisions that drive project success
Global Leadership – Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, including abroad
Manufacturing Process Knowledge – Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes, particularly VIP interior monuments
Clear Communication – Strong skills in presenting ideas, solutions, and program updates to clients and teams
Client Relationship Management – Serve as a key point of contact for prototype and technical contracts
Project Execution – Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Software Adaptability – Quick to learn new software tools that support project execution and reporting
