Description
As a Senior Project Engineer on our Professional Services team, you’ll join a highly skilled group dedicated to empowering you to excel. In this role, you will help lead the execution of complex IT projects for clients, delivering impactful and innovative solutions. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise and exceptional collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to consistently exceed client expectations.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and technology requirements when executing projects
- Execution of project work plans as described in the SOW
o Onboard new clients
o Email migrations
o Server projects
o Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
o Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
o Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
o Implement MDM
o IT Asset Management
o Equipment prep for projects
o Other projects as assigned
