Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer IV for a Contract job with a client in Marlborough, MA. This role involves analyzing product performance data, identifying safety risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Engineer IV job responsibilities include:
Developing and generating post-market surveillance (PMS) plans and reports for medical devices, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to mitigate potential risks and improve product performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, RD) to enhance patient safety and product quality.
Assisting with risk management file maintenance and supporting EU MDR quality-related tasks as needed.
Educating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding product performance and safety trends.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
5 years of Medical Device engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
Previous experience with Post Market Surveillance (PMS) activities or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
