This role is onsite in Miami 5 days a week.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a risk manager, preferably construction industry
- Experience placing insurance programs and familiarity with insurance compliance tracking systems
- Experience with construction risk transfer
- Review and analysis of operating agreements to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and to assess alternative insurance options
- Responsible for subcontractor insurance compliance and corresponding risk transfer
