Pay Rate : $95-112 / hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Must-Have skills for the role : 1) deep skill set in Total reward, annual bonus process and a variable long term pays
Years of experience needed : 3-5 years hands on

SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards consultant with deep skill set in Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Process and a variable Long Term Pays. Be able to work with client functional counterpart to assess and develop functional solution as project progresses
