Akkodis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Phoenix, AZ(Remote) . The ideal candidate will have expertise in IronClad CLM and contract management, leading the migration from Icertis, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Rate Range : $45 / hour to $50 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Business Analyst job responsibilities include :
Serve as a subject matter expert in IronClad CLM, supporting implementation and optimization.
Partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM solutions.
Drive process automation and workflow improvements in contract management.
Lead data analysis and reporting on contract performance and compliance.
Support system integrations between IronClad and other enterprise applications.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management.
2 years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration.
Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance.
Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and system implementation.

Pay Details : $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
