Job Description:
- Provide advanced technical support for enterprise applications, tools, and utilities.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Assist with endpoint management, including software updates, OS patches, and security updates.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems, a solid foundation in networking, and experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune. Prior team leadership experience and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Security are also preferred.
