Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled International Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide systems, hardware, software, and documentation related support.
This person needs to speak English and Portuguese!
Open to IT students out of college (must speak Portuguese)
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Role Type: Contract
Rate: 25-33/hr W2
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting complex automation systems, hardware, and software in an international environment.
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk for service request intake and management.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, including creating queries, understanding database table relationships, and working with stored procedures.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, server, and database issues.
- Ability to create and maintain Confluence documentation to support system users.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective training and support to users.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (business-level proficiency required).
- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
- Willingness to work in a global team environment, supporting teams across various time zones.
