System Administrator job responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring network security and data integrity
- Creating and managing user accounts and permissions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Experience with cloud-based systems and services
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , Cisco CCNA)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
